AUTOMATED
These systems park vehicles vertically and horizontally. They use mechanical means to move the vehicles efficiently within the parking structure, no attendant required. Owners can access their cars 24/7 if required. Phone apps, key pads, key fobs, or pay tickets are the typical systems used to park and retrieve the car.
VALET
Our valet systems require an operator valet to park and retrieve a car. This is essentially the same as parking vehicles on the ground bumper to bumper, only now its vertical. In the case of parking lots or garages, attendants will shuffle the vehicles. Most of the two-level units can be installed right on asphalt. These units bolt-in-place and can be easily disassembled and relocated.

We set up inspections at regular intervals to proactively check for potential future service interruptions. A $1000 issue next month could be avoided with $20 parts today.
